HireEZ — HR Technology Conference
HireEZ is a software company focusing on outbound talent acquisition services for recruiters. One on the biggest conferences for recruiters in HR Tech in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marketing focuses much of its resources to make sure the company's presence is exhibited in high esteem.
Approach
As Senior Designer on staff I worked directly with our Event Coordinator on large signage, wall graphics, digital message ads, and printed handouts given to visitors. Brand colors, navy and gold being primary palettes displayed. I chose to use cerulean blue waveforms for zone walls to blend the company's digital integration and offer strong contrast to HireEZ's logo on the top right. These booth improvements increased visitation and drastically assisted our outbound sales team.
HireEZ — Nashville Billboard Campaign
One of the Director of Marketing's efforts to increase brand visibility was a billboard campaign near San Fransisco, California and Nashville, Tennessee. My responsibilities were creating large signage for both geographical areas, since I was based in Nashville at the time I was able to take photos directly in front of these billboards. I worked directly with the Marketing Director on ad placement in Nashville to focus on high traffic area's specifically with healthcare institutions in mind. The healthcare space was decimated in talent acquisition from the 2020 CoronaVirus and could dramatically benefit from outbound recruitment services. Nashville being a leader in the healthcare space, Vanderbilt, HCA, CHS, Acadia, we saw opportunity to capitalize on this.
Approach
These billboards were designed with a simple message. Who we are. We are HireEZ, and we are outbound recruitment. Background visuals were a light bubble pattern as this was popular among our social media ads during the time of their launch. These colors offered stark contrast that allowed the company's logo to radiant off the signage.
