HireEZ — Linkedin Ads

HireEZ is a software company focusing on outbound talent acquisition services for recruiters. Much of their marketing presence was focused on LinkedIn to reach the talent acquisition market. My role as a Senior Designer was to create thumbnails and other visuals to help boost these LinkedIn ads to increase engagement rates.

Approach

Webinars, activation events, youtube, new feature launches, and ebook releases were but a few of crafted strategies to boost engagement. "Which Way to the Webinar" being a Halloween themed education thumbnail. The top, center blue HireEZ thumbnail was used to showcase the company 2.0 launch, using blue as a main palette color to blend in their education platform EZ Academy with the main platform. The two images in the center row to the right, were promotions for EZ Academy's new rewards system similar to platforms such as Duolingo. These thumbnails greatly contributed to growth in these targeted media strategies.

HireEZ — Web Campaigns

Coffee and Converse was a campaign to help boost our visitation during HR Technology's Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. These ads were placed in targeted areas by our SEM Specialist. The web ad to the far right did not include a button as an A/B Test on performance indicators. Art direction and copy was all owned by myself.

The webinar thumbnail was a graphic used on monthly basis to promote new speakers for HireEZ's webinar on the state of affairs in the talent acquisition space. Lapis blue paired with charcoal gray to offer stark contrast to HireEZ's logo, and allow the speaker photos to spotlight. Lure Intimates — Social Ads

Lure Intimates was a local boutique based in Nashville, Tennessee by a small business owner wanting to enter the fashion industry. I assisted as a freelance designer to help grow her brand presence before Valentines Day in 2021. Her business being in the lingerie industry this was a prime time to boost her orders as much as possible.

Approach

My approach was to see these in the eyes of a woman. What do women crave? Empowerment, encouragement, elegance, charm, allure. I was drawn to shapes to demonstrate how a women doesn't have to fit the mold of what is alluring. They were the sun, the moon, the dream. Deep in the background I dove deeper into the vision. Where do we dream, where do we escape to? We stare into a sea of stars, running to exotic locations blending with captivating things, craving new worlds in pages of books. What temps more than fantasy.

Scout Realty — Social Ads

Scout Realty was a budding firm in Nashville, Tennessee that focused on one main goal for home buyers. That they keep their equity and Scout would service them for a small fee. They believed it wasn't right for them to earn based off the sweat of another brow. They wanted to be of service to people just looking for a home. I was an independent contractor for them during the summer of 2021.

Approach

Scout Realty's main brand palette was grey slate hues, bright lemon golds, and topographic textures layered on top. The Instagram story on the right was a minimalist approach with Scout's brand palette with a focus on the immediacy of their services. The social post on the left was highlighting Scout Realty's recent sponsorship with the Nashville Soccer Club. I know the white text feels harsh at first in contrast to the gold, but your eyes are immediately drawn to the layout and then scanned down, reading the copy on the post. While we have two high active people jumping in joy to their thousands saved in keeping their equity.
