Scout Realty was a budding firm in Nashville, Tennessee that focused on one main goal for home buyers. That they keep their equity and Scout would service them for a small fee. They believed it wasn't right for them to earn based off the sweat of another brow. They wanted to be of service to people just looking for a home. I was an independent contractor for them during the summer of 2021.

Approach

Scout Realty's main brand palette was grey slate hues, bright lemon golds, and topographic textures layered on top. The Instagram story on the right was a minimalist approach with Scout's brand palette with a focus on the immediacy of their services. The social post on the left was highlighting Scout Realty's recent sponsorship with the Nashville Soccer Club.
